With this facility, candidates no longer need to repeatedly upload their personal details, documents, photos, or signatures. One Time Registration (OTR) started on 03 January 2023 and will be mandatory for all future UPPSC recruitments.

UPPSC One Time Registration (OTR) 2025 – Benefits & Details
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, inaugurated the UPPSC OTR service on January 3, 2023.
The UPPSC One Time Registration (OTR) system, launched on 03/01/2023 by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, offers significant convenience to candidates. Through otr.pariksha.nic.in, candidates no longer need to repeatedly enter their personal details for various selection exams conducted by the commission.
The UPPSC applicant needs to upload their photo and signature only once. The option to modify and update personal details, photograph, and signature will be available at all times.
After completing the registration, the commission will validate the candidate’s details and documents. Upon successful verification, the OTR number and registration information will be issued.

How to Apply for UPPSC One Time Registration (OTR) Online Form 2025

Step	Details
1	Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will start the One Time Registration (OTR) process on 03/01/2023.
2	Follow these simple steps to register online.
3	Step 1: Visit uppsc.up.nic.in or otr.pariksha.nic.in, or use the direct link provided in the Important Links section on this page.
4	Step 2 : Click on Registration Tab
5	Step 3: Enter basic details, including Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and the last 6 digits of your Aadhaar Card.
6	Step 4 : Verify Your UPPSC OTR Profile Details & Submit Registration.
7	Step 5 : An OTP will be received on the registered email and registered mobile number of the candidate, he will have to enter it.
8	Step 6: Once the registration process is complete, the OTR ID will be displayed on the screen. Candidates should take a printout or screenshot of their OTR profile.
9	Step 7: Candidates must log in using their mobile number, email, or OTR ID along with the OTP sent to their registered email and mobile number.
10	Step 8 : Change UPPSC OTR ID Password.
11	Step 9: The UPPSC OTR registration process is now complete. Candidates can use the same registration for future applications and access the history of previously submitted applications.
